ARTAVIA®, a 2,800-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery/Conroe area, is excited to announce the opening of a new community entrance on Hwy 1314. This new entryway is designed to enhance accessibility for both current and future residents while improving traffic flow during peak hours.

The main entrance to ARTAVIA is located on Hwy 242, strategically positioned between I-45N and US 59N. The introduction of the new Hwy 1314 entrance, along with the extension of ARTAVIA Parkway, marks a significant advancement in the community’s development. This new access point offers residents a direct route that is only 5 miles from the Grand Parkway, improving accessibility for daily commutes.

To maintain a harmonious design with other community ARTscapes and monuments, inspiration was drawn from the ‘Golden Ratio’ and explored its principles through the perspective of modern artist Piet Mondrian. The FM1314 entry monument design offers a fresh interpretation of the Fibonacci sequence, using simple shapes and colors to create a striking visual experience. This design reflects the balance and connection between the natural world and human-made structures.

With the four-lane entrance directly connecting to Hwy 1314—a major north/south commuter route—ARTAVIA residents will enjoy smoother ingress and egress, reducing delays and enhancing overall convenience. The opening of this entrance celebrates the community’s growth to the south, enhancing access for all residents.
